Allan Bronstein has built his practice by advising clients on corporate finance and corporate /commercial legal issues. He is a recognized team player who devises innovative financing techniques and financial derivative products to solve specific client challenges. Clients select Allan for his creativity, responsiveness and cost-effective counsel.

He was a contributing Editor of "Corporations" Division II, the eleventh edition of O'Brien's Encyclopedia of Forms. Allan is a regular speaker at seminars on corporate finance issues. He was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission and is a past member of the Small Business Advisory Committee of the Ontario Securities Commission. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association.

Allan is also one of our firm's representatives of the International Alliance of Law Firms, an international network of select law firms.

Allan received his LLB from Osgoode Hall in 1986 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988.
