Our Health Law Group assists clients with all aspects of the law regulating the health care sector. We also have a unique specialty in representing the interests of long-term care homes, public hospitals and their Medical Advisory Committees. We understand the complexity of the health care regulatory and work environment and can advise on the interpretation of agreements, on specific labour and employment issues, and on how to take steps to avoid litigation.
