US and Canadian Cross-Border Employment and Immigration Issues - International Employers Forum Seminar

On Tuesday, March 28th Torkin Manes hosted an International Employers Forum session on cross-border employment and immigration law.

Attendees received practical advice on dealing with a cross-border workforce, with topics including:

  • cross-border employment issues together with immigration, employment rules, non-competes and restrictive covenants
  • the differences in employment law between Canada and the US
