On Tuesday, March 28th Torkin Manes will host an International Employers Forum session on cross-border employment and immigration law.
Attendees will receive practical advice on dealing with a cross-border workforce, with topics including:
- cross-border employment issues together with immigration, employment rules, non-competes and restrictive covenants
- the differences in employment law between Canada and the US

A Q&A session following the presentations will offer an opportunity for attendees to ask questions related to their specific corporate situations.

Daniel Pugen, Partner, Employment & Labour Group at Torkin Manes (Toronto, ON)
