Rachel Ler

As an associate in Torkin Manes’ Commercial Real Estate Group, Rachel’s practice encompasses all manner of real estate, land development and commercial financing. Rachel’s clients can count on her diligence, responsiveness  and strategic mindset in handling the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and development properties, as well as commercial leasing and secured lending transactions.

Rachel represents a wide range of clients, such as borrowers, private lenders and financial institutions (chartered banks and credit unions), on commercial real estate financings.

In her previous role, Rachel gained substantial experience working with developers, which gave her a unique perspective into the real estate landscape. Among other things, she developed an aptitude for drafting Agreements of Purchase and Sale, and handling complex land acquisitions of various property types.
