Cloud 3.0 – Drafting and Negotiating Effective Cloud Computing Agreements
Lisa Lifshitz is the leader of a day-long course on best practices in negotiating and structuring cloud computing agreements. In addition to leading the course, Lisa will join a line-up of subject-matter experts discussing key considerations for successfully negotiating cloud computing agreements.
Topics covered include current trends in cloud agreements, best practices for privacy and security, mitigating risks through cyberliability insurance, and more.
