Craig Vander Zee of our Estate and Trusts Group will be attending and presenting at the Estate Planning & Litigation Forum to be held in Cambridge, Ontario on April 14, 15 and 16, 2019.
Craig, along with Suzana Popovic-Montag and Janet Michelin, will be leading a discussion on New Developments in the Case Law. The presentation will feature a review of recent decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada, provincial courts of appeal and other key cases in estate, trust and capacity law.
