Lauren Crosby will be speaking at the Ontario Bar Association’s Institute 2020: Audits, Working with Indigenous Communities and Key Updates in Charity and Not-For-Profit Law program. She will be providing an update on case law.
Join the program to hear from practitioners and other industry professionals on matters that routinely affect charities and non‐profits in a unique way, including responding to Canada Revenue Agency audits, working abroad, trademarks and intellectual property, and working with Indigenous communities. Experts will also discuss emerging trends in charity and not-for-profit law, such as charitable advocacy after the Canada Without Poverty case.
