Lisa Lifshitz will be the moderator for Managing Cybersecurity Risks at this year's 2022 CAN-TECH Law Spring Conference on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Come hear our expert panel talk about best practices to manage cybersecurity risks.  We will begin by discussing sources of cyber-risk and the current state of threats that can impact your clients.  We will also discuss managing vendor risk and key contract terms/concepts that should be included in your outsourcing arrangements.  The panel will also cover preparing for security incidents, breach management (including whether ransoms should be paid), meeting regulatory requirements and other ways to mitigate cyber-risk.
