The Coming New Wave of AI Laws
Lisa Lifshitz to speak on ABA Panel “The Coming New Wave of AI Laws” on December 6, 2022.
For many years AI has been a legal version of the Wild West, with seemingly no regulation. That time is now coming to an end, with a NYC law governing the use of AI in HR, a DC bill designed to "stop discrimination by algorithm," the proposed Canadian AIDA, and the near-finalization of the EU AIA. We'll bring together experts in Legal, AI governance and ethics to discuss these coming new laws on AI and how best to get ready.
Registration is free for Cyberspace Law Committee members, but you must register to join the webinar. If you’re interested but not able to attend this live webinar, register anyway and we’ll send you a link to the recording and presentation slides once they’re ready.
