The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) is coming. This summer the Ontario Government announced that the ONCA will be proclaimed on October 19, 2021, commencing a three year transition period until it is in force in Ontario.
As the enabling corporate legal framework for most not-for-profits incorporated under provincial law, understanding the ONCA will be critical to lawyers who counsel both charitable and non-charitable not-for-profits.
At the two webinars on November 25 & December 2, the expert faculty will explain the key provisions of the ONCA providing you with essential insights and the practical guidance you need.
