Torkin Manes is pleased to welcome Roland Hung, Counsel, as an instrumental member of the Firm’s Technology, Privacy & Data Management Group. His practice focusses on technology, privacy compliance, cybersecurity and data management.

Roland’s background gives him a unique perspective to fuel our clients with practical solutions that are relevant to their businesses. Prior to joining Torkin Manes, he acted as former Senior Legal Counsel and Global Privacy Officer at a large multinational, as well as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of a technology company. Roland leverages his knowledge to provide strategic privacy compliance, cybersecurity and data management advice to a range of organizations, which he helps to not only meet industry standards and government requirements, but also navigate complex legal and privacy compliance requirements of new products and technologies within Canada and across other jurisdictions.
