(Labour Arbitration Cases) eREPORTS features a case involving our Employment & Labour Department lawyers, Irv Kleiner and Shreya Patel, Serco Canada Inc. and USW, Local 9511 (Ragu), Re. This case concerns inappropriate interactions between driver examiners and drivers license applicants.
