His traditional family law practice has evolved over the years and now focuses primarily on arbitration and mediation, where he assists family law lawyers and their clients, including high net worth clients, to resolve often high conflict and multi-jurisdictional matters in the most sensible, efficient and private manner. Craig is a partner in our Trusts & Estates and Litigation Groups, with a practice that encompasses all manner of estate, trust, capacity, fiduciary and power of attorney disputes and litigation for clients consisting of individuals, trust companies, government agencies and other organizations. Craig is also a very experienced Estate Mediator and is a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law by the Law Society of Ontario.
