Torkin Manes Promotes Three Associates to its Partnership

Torkin Manes is pleased to announce the promotion of three of our lawyers to the partnership, effective immediately.

Aleksandar Jovanovic is a member of our Litigation and Construction Law Groups. He has a broad range of experience litigating commercial and construction disputes. Aleksandar has represented clients on a variety of litigation matters, including the prosecution and defence of construction lien actions, the prosecution and defence of oppression actions, and the enforcement of various debt instruments and contractual provisions at private arbitrations and before the Superior Court of Justice.

Calogero Rumeo is a member of our Insurance Defence group, where he has gained extensive experience on a broad range of insurance defence matters, including fraud actions, coverage, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, product liability and property matters.

Daniel Stober is a member of our Wills, Trusts & Estates Group, and focuses on estate planning and administration. He advises clients on the preparation of new wills, powers of attorney and trusts; and advises estate trustees on all aspects of the estate administration process, including the process of obtaining a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee, both with and without a will.
