Torkin Manes welcomes 3 new partners

We are pleased to announce that 3 of our lawyers have been admitted to the partnership:

Tal Cyngiser  is a member of our Business Law Group where he is engaged in a broad corporate and commercial law practice, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Sandra De Carolis  is a member of our Insurance Defence Group and has a broad insurance litigation practice, with experience in fraud actions, personal injury, property damage and coverage opinions. She also has experience with subrogated claims and professional negligence actions.

Seth Zuk is a member of our Commercial Real Estate Group, where his practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate, as well as mortgage enforcement, realization and remedies.

Each of these individuals has worked extremely hard to meet the needs of their clients and have exemplified the firm’s core values of professional excellence and personalized client service.
