Solving the Disclosure Problem
Overview
More than one judge has referred to disclosure as the "cancer of family law." Since it seems obvious that full disclosure is a pre-condition to the resolution of a family law case (or at least the financial issues) regardless of which dispute resolution mode is followed, it seems odd that disclosure so often becomes a major impediment to the resolution of family law cases. What's the problem?
