Aaron English

As a partner in and Chair of our Commercial Real Estate Group, Aaron has developed a specialized practice acting for developers and builders on all aspects of their condominium and subdivision developments, including the acquisition, financing and development of the lands, and sales of units and lots to purchasers and builders.

To his robust practice, Aaron brings extensive experience with various types of residential and commercial condominium developments, in connection with which he prepares all required disclosure documents and agreements of purchase and sale for new homes and condominiums. He proficiently negotiates joint venture, limited partnership and other types of co-ownership agreements, and drafts and negotiates development and construction management agreements. Aaron also manages his clients’ land titles applications, and leads his clients through the registration stages of condominiums and subdivision projects. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of these matters, Aaron works collaboratively with his clients and their other project consultants throughout the course of his clients’ projects and transactions to facilitate their developments efficiently and ensure he leaves no stone unturned.

In addition to his work with his developer and builder clients, Aaron’s practice involves a broad scope of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of all types of commercial properties. He leverages his business-oriented approach and big-picture mindset when negotiating agreements of purchase and sale, leases, and loan and security documents on behalf of purchasers and vendors, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers.

Aaron is equally as dedicated to delivering premium service as he is in providing his clients with top tier counsel. He builds and maintains strong relationships with his clients by immersing himself in their businesses in order to gain a better understanding of their needs and to enable him to provide on-point advice and guidance that benefit his clients in both the short and long term. To each of his matters, Aaron brings timely, effective and practical advice, while remaining diplomatic and collaborative with opposing parties and counsel to help his clients achieve their desired results.
