Aaron is the Chair of our Commercial Real Estate Group. His real estate practice involves a wide variety of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial properties. He regularly drafts and negotiates agreements of purchase and sale, leases, and loan and security documents on behalf of purchasers and vendors, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers.
In addition to Aaron’s general real estate practice, Aaron also acts for developers and builders on all aspects of their condominium and subdivision developments, including the acquisition, financing and development of the lands and sales of lots and units to builders and purchasers.
Aaron has experience in drafting disclosure documents for various types of condominium developments, agreements of purchase and sale for new homes and condominiums and joint venture and other types of co-ownership agreements, as well as in matters relating to land titles applications, development agreements, and registration of condominiums and subdivisions.
