Ashley Staley

Ashley is an associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.

Ashley works closely and collaboratively with clients at each stage of a transaction; from negotiating the terms at the outset of a deal to advising clients on closing. She also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
