Danielle is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group, with a practice that focusses primarily on residential real estate matters.

As former counsel to condominium corporations and developers, Danielle possesses a unique perspective when advising clients on their residential real estate needs. She brings extensive experience in all aspects of condominium development, from acquisition, financing, drafting agreements of purchase and sale and disclosure documents for various types of condominium developments, to condominium registration and the sale of units to purchasers.
