Darryl T. Mann ^*

Darryl is a partner in our Litigation Group and acts as advisory counsel in relation to the business affairs, operations and strategies of his clients. In addition, Darryl acts as lead counsel before judicial and arbitral bodies both domestically and internationally as well as before many administrative and regulatory tribunals and commissions in a wide array of complex commercial disputes.

Between 2007 and 2009, Darryl was the President of the International Alliance of Law Firms (now Ally Law), an international network of selected law firms around the world.

Darryl is also active in various functions within the firm. He has been the Chair of the Litigation Department and the Marketing and Business Development Committee, and currently serves on the firm’s Compensation and Finance Committees.

As one of Canada’s pre-eminent commercial litigators and dispute resolution counsel, Darryl has been recognized as a Benchmark Litigation Star for four consecutive years (2020-2023).
