Glen is a partner in our Business Law Group. His practice includes advising businesses and individuals on all aspects of corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, information technology licensing, regulatory compliance, and director and shareholder issues. Glen also assists clients in implementing acquisitions or sales of businesses, joint venture arrangements and shareholder agreements, as well as advising on emerging information technology issues, including online privacy matters.

Glen has acted on a number of significant transactions involving the acquisition of offshore assets for Canadian clients and for foreign clients in their acquisition of Canadian-based businesses.
