His keen business acumen, coupled with a deep and sound understanding of the intricacies of his clients’ industries, make Hunter a tremendous asset in his day-to-day transactions with clients. His expertise in this multifaceted sector includes acquisitions and dispositions, corporate governance, raising capital and debt, public listings, joint ventures, a wide range of commercial contracts and navigating the complex regulatory framework, including working with Health Canada and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. He has an acute attention to detail and is steadfastly committed to staying up-to-date on all regulations in this continually-evolving industry.
