Jamie is an associate in our Business Law Group. He practices in all areas of business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, banking, and corporate finance.
He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and business law issues including operational and governance matters. Jamie has acted on numerous complex transactions and he approaches each situation from a practical perspective to achieve optimal legal and business results for his clients. He prides himself on providing excellent service and protecting the interests of his clients.
Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Jamie practiced at a corporate law firm in Toronto.
