As a law clerk in Torkin Manes’ Tax and Business Law Groups, Janeil handles a variety of tax and business-related matters associated with the general operations of clients’ organizations, including preparing and updating annual resolutions and returns, working on corporate reorganizations, reviewing and maintaining corporate minute books and general due diligence and compliance.
