Jennifer Siemon

A senior associate in our Litigation Group, Jen advises on a broad scope of commercial and civil litigation matters, as well as all aspects of estate, trust, capacity and fiduciary and power of attorney disputes. Her commercial practice ranges from basic contractual disputes to complex shareholders disputes involving allegations of oppression, fraud and conspiracy. She represents a diverse client base, ranging from individuals and owner-operator businesses, to large corporations.

Keeping client service excellence top of mind, one of Jen’s strengths is her commitment to understand not only the details of a particular dispute, but also the clients’ business and operations, both of which help define and clarify a litigation strategy that best aligns with clients’ specific goals and circumstances. Whether this process involves litigation or alternate dispute resolution, Jen leverages her strong negotiation and advocacy skills to increase the probability of achieving a favourable outcome. If a case goes to litigation, Jen has experience appearing before all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal.
