Kayla Kwinter is a partner in the Firm’s Construction Law and Litigation Groups, where she acts as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide array of matters as they pertain to the construction sector.
Her strategic advocacy approach, coupled with her proficiency in navigating the construction sector landscape, provide a holistic and pragmatic approach from which her clients benefit. Her clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, suppliers, consultants, and public and private owners, have relied on Kayla’s skilled counsel and expertise to navigate issues at all stages of a construction project, including the preparation of construction contracts through to complex litigation matters.
Kayla has appeared before Judges and Associate Judges of the Superior Court of Justice, Construction Lien Associate Judges and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Kayla has been a member of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Construction and Infrastructure Law Executive since 2019.
