Laurel Deland

Laurel is a law clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Group and has been with the firm since 2006.

Laurel has experience in many aspects of commercial real estate transactions with particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Laurel frequently carries out title and off-title searches and has been involved in various types of land applications and registrations including condominium developments.

Laurel is an active participant in the firm community and currently sits on the firm’s health and safety and social committees.
