Leslie McGowran

As an associate in the Banking & Financial Services and Corporate/Commercial Groups, Leslie acts for clients on a wide range of transactions including a variety of financing transactions and secured lending transactions where she has acted for both lenders and borrowers, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. 

Leslie works closely with clients at each stage of the transaction. She collaborates with clients at the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal and advises clients on closing the transaction. Leslie also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.

Leslie has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in the inaugural Canadian edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
