Lindsay is a lawyer in our Family Law Group and practises in all areas of family law. She advises clients both at the outset of a relationship through the negotiation and drafting of marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, as well as providing advice and guidance after a relationship ends, at separation and divorce. Recognizing that each family law client has unique needs and expectations, Lindsay uses a combination of her effective advocacy, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills, with the goal of providing her clients with creative solutions that deliver maximum results with minimal conflict.
Lindsay articled with Torkin Manes and joined the firm after being called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. She has written and presented on a number of issues in the area of family law, including complex issues in child and spousal support, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, the intersection between family law and estate planning and pet custody and support. Lindsay is also the past editor-in-chief of Money & Family Law, a newsletter for professionals in family law, estates, trusts, and tax planning.
