An associate in our Labour & Employment Group, Mary provides employers with practical and timely advice on a broad range of labour and employment law matters, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful or constructive dismissal actions, human rights complaints, occupational health and safety, grievance arbitrations and labour board proceedings. She acts for employers in the provincial and federal sectors in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mary seconded at the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she developed familiarity with the Board’s processes and procedures.
