Profile

Megan is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Group with a focus on Construction Law. She has experience with all aspects of construction litigation including document intense files, e-discovery, enforcement procedures and trial preparation. She also has experience with matters before all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Megan worked for 10 years in Employment/Labour Law, as well as Insurance Defence, at two well-respected mid-sized Toronto firms.

Megan is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and regularly attends seminars provided by ILCO.
