Megan Saxe

Megan is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Group, with a focus on construction law. An instrumental member of the team, Megan has extensive experience in all phases of construction litigation, from drafting and perfecting liens, drafting pleadings through to preparing materials for hearings, trials, appeals and post judgment enforcement options.

Megan proficiently manages, organizes and reviews documents for even the most complex litigation files for lawyers throughout the discovery process, using e-discovery software. She regularly manages large and complex files with many hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions of documents. Megan also has experience preparing for matters before all levels of court, including Federal Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Supreme Court of Canada, and has attended as support for lawyers at discoveries, mediations, trials, arbitrations and case conferences. 

As a commitment to enhancing her capabilities, Megan is a member in good standing of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and regularly attends its seminars. She has also obtained a Fellowship Certificate in eDiscovery Advanced Theory & Practices for Litigation Support from the ILCO.
