Profile

Noah is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group. He advises clients on all aspects of real estate law, including commercial sales and acquisitions, development, financing, social and affordable housing, and leasing.

Noah’s experience includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of real estate related agreements, including agreements of purchase and sale, development agreements, commercial leases and various condominium documents.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Noah practised at a business law firm in Toronto. He also worked as a policy analyst for the Province of Ontario.

Community Involvement

  • Member of the Board of Directors, Kehilla Residential Programme, a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing and rental assistance to Holocaust survivors and Jewish families below the poverty line in the Greater Toronto Area.
