Noorin is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group. Noorin is routinely involved in transactional work relating to the acquisition, disposition and financing of all types of real property. Noorin drafts and negotiates a wide range of real property contracts, including agreements of purchase and sale and commercial leases.
Noorin has regularly advised clients on matters before the Small Claims Court and has frequently appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
