An associate in our Business Law Group, Paul has a practice that encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including M&A, corporate finance and general business law.
Prior to returning as an associate, Paul articled at Torkin Manes, where he gained substantial experience working on a broad range of corporate transactions, which now enables him to skillfully advise clients in both traditional and emerging markets.
