Sam Laskey

Sam is an associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group with a practice that encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses.

During his articling year at Torkin Manes, Sam gained substantial experience on a diversity of corporate transactions, where he was able to leverage his keen business acumen and strategic, big picture mindset to skillfully counsel clients in both traditional and emerging sectors.
