Tanisha Tulloch

Tanisha is a partner of the firm in our Private Client Services and Litigation Groups, practising commercial litigation, professional liability defence, and trusts and estates litigation. 

Her practice includes all aspects of estate, trust, capacity, fiduciary and power of attorney disputes and guardianship issues. This includes issues relating to the rights and obligations of estate trustees, estate trustees during litigation, trustees, attorneys for property/care and guardians and issues involving the validity of wills, minors and incapable persons. Tanisha acts for individuals, trust companies, government agencies and other institutions.

Tanisha has also developed an expertise in commercial contractual disputes, shareholders’ disputes, commercial collections and commercial fraud. She also represents barristers and solicitors in errors and omissions claims.

Tanisha regularly appears before all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, and before various tribunals.
